Exchange & Returns

Our policies are built to make buying from YOUNG simple, flexible and risk-free.

Inspect before you pay

• Check your order fully before paying.
• You don't pay until you're happy with it.
• If anything isn't right, return it on the spot with the courier. No hassle.

Exchange within 48 hours

Sizes and minds change, so you can exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order:

• Switch the size, the color or the model.
• The pair must be unused, with its original packaging and tags.

To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram @youngshoes.c with your order number.
