How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives, after you've checked the pair.
Can I check the shoes before paying?
Yes. You can fully inspect your order before paying, and you don't pay until you're happy. If anything isn't right, return it on the spot with the courier.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You can exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order: switch the size, the color or the model. The pair must be unused, with its original box and tags.
How long does delivery take?
With our own couriers: 1–3 days. With Aman Express: 3–7 days, depending on your governorate. Busy seasons and big sales can take a little longer, and we'll always confirm your delivery date.
How much is shipping?
The shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Which sizes do you carry?
EU 41 to 45 on every model. The Air Force 1 '07 in Triple White and Triple Black also comes in 37 to 40. Check the size guide and the fit note on each product page.
How do I pick my size?
Use the size guide on each product. Each pair also has a fit note (for example "Runs big"). Still unsure? Send us your usual size on WhatsApp.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a message with your tracking details once your order ships.
